We're seeking a passionate Support Worker to help our clients of all ages in the Hampton area. You will be part of a supportive team and, with your initiative and commitment, you will help nurture an environment that encourages the development of daily living, social and recreational skills that maximise independence and assist our clients to achieve their personal goals and keep their health stable.

• Ability to speak and write clear, fluent English
• Reliable vehicle
• Some experience in mental health and disability support will be bonus
• Ability to complete accurate timesheets and progress notes
• Willing to travel and transport clients
• Willing to participate in physical activities (e.g., swimming, skating, outdoor play)
• Available during weekdays including after school hours
• Dependable and punctual
• Valid Driver's Licence

• Cert IV in Mental Health or Cert IV in Disability
• Studying/Hold a relevant qualification
• Studying applicants must be enrolled in either mental health or disability related qualifications

• Up-to-date First Aid CPR
• Comprehensive car insurance
• Current Police Check
• NDIS Screening Check
• Working with Children Check

Ongoing permanent part‑time is preferred.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
