About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to develop their administrative skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including mail handling and banking tasks
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Manage filing, scanning, and document control processes
  • Filing, scanning, and document management
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support scheduling, appointments, and calendar management
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with ordering as required
  • Maintaining and updating office registers including staff, keys, inspections, uniforms 
  • Provide customer service support and sales support
  • General duties to support Managers
  • Support team by working on a Saturday rotation roster

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
